Hp Dc7900 Pci Serial Port Driver

Please point me to the correct drivers for PCI serial port as well as PCI simple communications controller. Currently when I convert a video to digital format, I'm getting a scrambled picture with lines & blocks & no audio in playback. Is this caused by the missing PCI drivers or is it related to the graphics card? Please help.
